Cancellation Policy

Earth Factory.co – Cleaning Service Agreement & Policy – Northern Beaches We aim to make your cleaning experience smooth, safe, and professional. By booking, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Payment All bookings, reschedules, and cancellations are managed via your member page. We do not accept bookings via phone or social media. Requests are confirmed within 24–48 business hours, and your service is only secured after confirmation. - Regular/Monthly Services: Payment is required in advance, on the last day of the prior month. For example, February bookings must be paid by the 31st of January. - One-Off/Deep Cleans: Full payment on confirmation. Payments via secure, recognised methods only. Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours if cancellations meet notice requirements or if we cannot fulfill a confirmed service. 2. Access, Cancellations & Rescheduling No Access / Lock-Out: Full fee applies if cleaner cannot access property. Late Cancellation (<2h): 50% charge. Early Cancellation (≥24h): No charge. Replacement Cleaner: If your dedicated cleaner is unavailable, a qualified replacement will be sent immediately to ensure the service proceeds. 3. Service Standards & Safety We prioritize client safety, staff health, and sustainable practices. Clients must provide water, electricity, and cleaning tools/products unless agreed otherwise. Cleaners use our natural product range. First-time or special cleans may require masks, gloves, and ventilation; prior team approval is needed. Safety limits: No work above 2m, no heavy furniture (>15kg), no biohazards (mould, pet waste, bodily fluids). Harassment: Zero tolerance for abuse; service will be terminated without refund if violated. 4. Satisfaction Guarantee Ratings are requested after each clean to track quality. Detailed feedback helps with ongoing training and bonuses. Report issues with photos within 24h. We will return to rectify missed areas at no extra cost. No cash refunds; we “fix it until it’s right.” 5. Breakage & Insurance Fully insured for Public Liability. Notify breakages within 24h; we repair or replace items at their current market value.
